In 1963 our enterprise joined the Belarusian manufacturing and administrative division of Gosmontazhspetsstroy of USSR (in 1965 the allied committee has been transformed into Minmontazhspetsstroy of USSR and the manufacturing and administrative division has become a base for the Ministry of installation and special construction works of BSSR). This event became the determining factor for the trust subsequent development. Everything that belonged to the government institution of the country, which was well-known at that time - advanced research efforts, an ample material and technical base, the developed personnel training system, etc. - all became accessible to «Belsantehmontazh» trust.

 Later «Belsantehmontazh №1» state enterprise experienced a number of reorganizations, changes in forms of ownership and names. Thus, it was reorganized into «Belsantehmontazh №1» leased enterprise on November 12, 1991, and into «Trest Belsantehmontazh №1» open joint stock company on February 17, 1997. However in spite of these transformations one constituent have always been preserved unchanged - the qualified reliable labor force. Only thanks to talented managers, trained engineers, professional and prompt workers our enterprise has attained considerable achievements and confidently looks to the future.

  Since its establishment, OAO «Trest Belsantehmontazh №1» (JSC) has participated in the construction of the largest objects of engineering, metallurgy, construction industry, production of chemical fibers, fertilizers, instrumentation, radio electronics, oil refining and light industry of the Republic of Belarus. Structural subdivisions of the trust took an active part in the construction of new quarters in the city of Kirovakan after the earthquake in Armenia, houses for flood victims in Lensk and victims of the catastrophe at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, towns for servicemen in Boguchar, Yelnya, Tver and other objects in the Russian Federation. Hundreds of thousands of kilometers of mounted pipelines throughout the Republic of Belarus, thousands of houses, hundreds of children's preschools, schools, cultural and social facilities, a large number of shopping and entertainment centers – this is a worthy list of works performed by OAO «Trest Belsantehmontazh №1».

  Minsk Automobile Plant, Minsk Tractor Plant, «Azot» in Grodno, plant of color televisions in Vitebsk, «Khimvolokno», OAO «Belshina», «Gomselmash», Belorussian Metallurgical Plant, petrochemical processing facilities in Novopolotsk and Mozyr, an artificial fiber factory in Svetlogorsk, cement plants in Volkovysk, Kostyukovichi and Krichev, ice palaces in Bobruisk, Vitebsk, Gomel, Zhlobin, Mogilev, the central depository of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, the paper mill of Shklov, the car-building plant in Osipovichi, the water park «Lebyazhy» in Minsk, woodworking enterprises in Vitebsk, Gomel and Mogilev regions, Flax Factory of Orsha; objects of historical heritage: Mir Castle in the town of Mir in Grodno region, St. Uspensky Сathedral in Vitebsk, the Palace of Rumyantsevy and Paskevichy in Gomel, the Spaso-Efrosinya Monastery and the Jesuit College in Polotsk – on these and many other objects OAO «Trest Belsantehmontazh №1» made its biography.

  The geographical location of objects in the construction of which OAO «Trest Belsantehmontazh №1» took part goes beyond the boundaries of the Republic of Belarus: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, oil and gas processing complexes in Siberia, many regions of the Russian Federation, objects in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

  The balance of production capacities, the high mobility of assembly organizations, and the high quality of the work entrusted to «Trest Belsantehmontazh №1» enabled the Company a long-term partnership with such foreign companies as «AG Krupp», ENKA, HAKA, «Are», GAMA, You-One,  Samsung, PLM, Smelt Intag , CITIC.

   Today we do not stop at the achieved level and do not slow down our target development rates. Absence of progress for the number one trust is unacceptable. Therefore from now on we will strive to make «Trest Belsantehmontazh №1» fully justify its name and be considered as the first one by its right.
